How to make
Clean and cut dock, fry it in hot oil. Beat 4 eggs with yogurt and crumbled cheese. Add cooled dock and finely chopped green onions, and finally chopped mint.
Grease slightly each crust, distributing evenly stuffing and make rolls. Rolls are arranged in a greased tray in the shape of a snail. Brush the top with the 5th beaten egg and you can top it with a little fat.
Put it to bake in a preheated 190-200 degree oven.
