Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil in a trickle while stirring. Then add the flour sifted with baking powder, vanilla and lemon zest and stir with a spoon until uniform.
Pour the mixture into a greased and dusted lightly with flour pan. Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven until pinking.
Top the ready pie with a prepared brown glaze according to the package directions and decorate with the white one if desired. Take out the finished pie and immediately sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
