How to make
Clean the pears from the seeds and peel them. Cut them into thin pieces and sprinkle them with a pinch of cinnamon.
Cut a circle out of the dough and spread half of it with chocolate. Spread the pears tightly over the chocolate.
Spread the edges of the dough with milk.
Place the uncoated part of the dough on the pears. Press the edges of the dough with a fork and make long cuts on top with a sharp knife.
Spread it with beaten egg.
Mix the sugar with the remaining cinnamon and sprinkle the pie profusely.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until it's fully baked.
