How to make
Melt butter in a water bath and pour it on the bottom of a small rectangular baking dish. Put a layer of crushed butter cookies and top with pre-pitted Morelos.
Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese and gradually add the eggs, sugar and flavor with vanilla. Mix until you get a fluffy mixture and pour it over the cookies and cherries.
Bake the cake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until tender (about 20-25 minutes). Cut it only after it cools.
