How to make

We mix the crushed ladyfingers with the coffee and the butter and distribute the mixture evenly on the bottom of a mold.

Pour boiling water over the gelatin separately. Stir, until it has completely dissolved and leave it to cool slightly.

Mix the cream cheese, sugar and coffee using a mixer. Whip the cream separately and add it to the cream cheese mixture. Gradually pour the gelatin, by stirring constantly. Distribute the cream in the mold and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

For the tiramisu layer, beat the cream with the sugar. Add the vanilla and mascarpone and stir, until they have combined well.

Grab the mold out of the refrigerator. Dip each ladyfinger in the coffee and arrange them on top of the cream cheese layer. Spread the mascarpone cheese mixture on top.

Smooth it out and put it in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.

For the ganache, put the crushed chocolate in a bowl. Heat the cream on medium heat, by being careful not to boil it. Pour it over the chocolate and cover it for 3-5 minutes. Add the butter and stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Take the cheesecake out of the fridge and pour the ganache over it.

The Tiramisu Cheesecake with Ladyfingers, Mascarpone and Coffee is ready.
