How to make
First prepare the cream. Beat the mascarpone with a mixer and add the condensed milk. Carefully add the milk, since the mascarpone may liquefy.
Beat the cream with the vanilla, until a thick cream is obtained and gently add it into the top cream. Mix with a spatula, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Grab a cake tin with a diameter of 9″ (23 cm) and start arranging it - a row of ladyfingers, a row of cream. Before arranging the cake, the biscuits are dipped in milk.
After the layers are arranged, spread the rest of the cream over the whole ladyfinger cake.
Sprinkle it with the walnuts and finally garnish it with the strawberries. The cake is very nice and light.
