Ingredients

  • strawberries - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • ladyfingers - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • sugar - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mascarpone - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • sour cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • cream cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • brandy - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • orange juice - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • oranges - the juice and peel of 1 orange
  • vanilla - 1 piece (2 g powder)
  • For the decoration

  • liquid chocolate

How to make

Beat the mascarpone cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and sugar until a fluffy mixture is obtained.

Add the vanilla, the juice of the grated orange peel, the brandy and beat again.

Cut the cream into small cubes and add them to the cream.

Dip the ladyfingers in the orange juice. Take them out and arrange them on the walls and bottom of a round cake tin.

Put the cream on the ladyfingers, arrange the ladyfingers again and put the cream on top again.

Wrap the prepared ladyfinger cake with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Garnish it with strawberries and liquid chocolate before serving it. If desired, you can sprinkle it with sprinkles.
