Ingredients

  • cocoa - 2 tablespoons powdered
  • starch - 1 tsp potato
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • biscuits - 1 - 2. ginger bread
  • morelo cherries - 14 oz (400 g) pitted

How to make

In a deep bowl, combine cherries, sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa and mix them. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin.

Mix the soft butter with the sifted starch and crushed ginger biscuits and pour over other products.

Bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven for about 25 minutes and serve slightly warmed.
