"I`ve tried all kinds of pancakes but I`m in love with these ones with sour cherry jam."

Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • eggs - 3 large
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • morelo jam

How to make

Beat eggs well with a mixer and add the milk, oil, sugar, vanilla and flour. You should get a liquid consistency, like a porridge.

In a frying pan melt some of the butter and pour the mixture to cover the bottom. Bake until golden and turn using a wooden spatula.

Each of the finished pancakes is smeared with morelo jam. When serving, garnish with a spoonful of jam.
