How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the milk, water and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Add the flour and salt. You will get a pancake batter with an average density.
Fry the pancakes in a buttered Teflon pan. Drain the fruits from the jam of their sweet syrup, cut them into small cubes and mix with the sour cream.
Stuff the pancakes with the filling and wrap them into rolls. Arrange in a suitable plate and serve.
