"Easy and very fragrant puff pastry pie for everyone who cant resist the aroma of blueberries"

Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 1.15 lb (520 g)
  • blueberries - 4.4 oz (125 g) fresh + for decoration
  • blueberry jam - 7 tbsp. with a tip
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Turn on the oven to preheat to 390°F (200 degrees).

Divide the puff pastry into two equal thin rectangles and place one in a rectangular tray covered with baking paper, so that the edges come out and fold at the edges.

Spread the fresh blueberries on top and spread the jam evenly on them. Cover them with the second layer of puff pastry by pinching the edges.

If you have leftover puff pastry, decorate with different shapes of your choice.

Spread the puff pastry pie with a beaten egg yolk with a little water and sprinkle it with sugar - brown or crystal.

Bake the pastry pie until it aquires a golden brown color in the preheated oven.
