  • green peppers - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1/2 pc.
  • field mushrooms - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • mozzarella - 9 oz (250 g) (grated)
  • chorizo - about 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • oregano
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1 tbsp. (to grease the form)

How to make

From the puff pastry cut out 0.6″ (1.4 cm) thin strips. Spread the rest on the bottom and walls of a greased pie form with a diameter of 9.4″ (24 cm). Peel the tomatoes and cut only its flesh into small cubes.

Put them in a bowl and add the peppers, zucchini and onions, which need to also be finely chopped. Season with oregano, salt and stir.

Pour the mixture over the dough and cover it with some grated mozzarella.

Arrange the sliced field ​​mushrooms, chorizo ​​and sprinkle it with the remaining mozzarella. Fold the excess dough from the edge over the mixture.

Arrange the strips of dough on top and spread them with a beaten egg yolk.

Bake the savory pie in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes. Make sure it does not burn and, if necessary, cover it with foil.
