How to make
The spinach and onion are washed, cleaned and chopped.
Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them. Add the baking soda and salt. Add the oil and flour, by stirring continuously, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The white cheese is crumbled and added to the mixture. Add the spinach and onion and mix again.
The mixture is poured into a greased baking pan and baked in an oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
The readiness of the savory sponge cake is checked with a toothpick.
Other vegetables can be added to it if you like (paprika).
