How to make
The dock is finely chopped, fried in a pan with oil along with the grated onion. Then mix the beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, dock and 3/4 of the carbonated water in a bowl.
In a greased pan, arrange 2-3 layers of phyllo pastry on the bottom, then place stuffing, phyllo pastry, oil, and phyllo pastry again, etc. Top with 3-4 phyllo pastry sheets, poke holes with a fork and pour with 1 broken egg with the remaining carbonated water and a little oil.
Bake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C).
