How to make
Roll out the dough into two sheets, one slightly larger. Stretch the larger one on the bottom of a greased tray and make sure its edges spill out beyond the tray. Fry the meat well, remove it and then fry the onion in the same oil.
Mix, season with salt and pepper and pour it over the sheet. Put the small sheet on top and fold the edges of the bottom layer over it. If you like, brush with an egg (for a better look) and put pieces of margarine on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Once removed, sprinkle it lightly with water and wrap in a towel for 15-20 minutes to soften.
