How to make
Beat the egg and mix it with the sugar, yoghurt and baking powder. In a tray smeared with oil, arrange the phyllo pastry, alternating one smeared with oil, and one with the egg-yoghurt mixture.
Put 2 greased sheets on top. Cut the pastry into triangles or squares. Bake in a hot oven until browned, about 360°F (180 °C) for 25-30 minutes.
Once baked and cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and vanilla. Enjoy!
