How to make
Beat the eggs first and then gradually add the flour and a portion of the milk, to get a smooth mixture. Then gradually dilute with the remaining milk and add a pinch of salt.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture at a time in a buttered pan and spread out the pancakes. Fry them on both sides.
Upon serving, you can smear the pancakes with jam, fold them into triangles or roll up and sprinkle them with vanilla sugar.
