How to make
Wash the dock leaves well, then clean them from the stalks and veins. Cut the cleaned dock into pieces and fill it in a jar.
Try to stuff it tightly into the jar by pressing it with your fingers. Put a teaspoon of salt on top and close the jar tightly with a lid.
Sterilize for 30 minutes and when you take out the jars, turn them over with the lid upside down for 15 minutes.
When sterilized, the dock has a long shelf life. It is easy to prepare and can be used for frying with eggs, it can be cooked with rice and also it can be used for filo pastry pies in winter.
