How to make
Cut the meat into small pieces.
At the bottom of a jar put 1 bay leaf, 2 allspice grains and 4 peppercorns.
On top, start layering the meat layer by layer and adding a little salt until the jar is full.
Boil the meat for 5 hours. Add water because it evaporates. Enjoy your meal.
An ideal appetizer for red and white wines.
