Stew all of the finely chopped vegetable in hot oil.
Add the dock for a few minutes and stirring to slightly reduce the volume.
Add the washed and strained rice, paprika, the spices, the cube of broth and the salt.
Stir well and fry the rice a little as well.
Add warm water and cook the lean stew over low heat until the rice is cooked.
Finally, add some more black pepper and mint. This lean stew with dock is so tasty!
