How to make
Peel the green beans or leave them whole, as desired. Chop them finely, along with the peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and put them in an earthenware pot.
Add the peas, the stewed in oil leeks and onions, the diluted with a little water paprika, the chili peppers and finely chopped parsley. Salt to taste and add the black pepper kernels.
Top off with a little warm water and put to bake in a moderate oven until they're left in just oil.
