How to make
I fried the onions, garlic and the cut into crescents carrot in oil.
I added the new potatoes (sliced and washed), in order to remove the starch and the pre-blanched yellow beans.
I seasoned with salt, black pepper, paprika, savory herb, added warm water and left them to boil over medium heat. I added the blended tomatoes and left the products to cook through.
I put a tablespoon of flour in a bowl, dissolved it in lukewarm water to make a smooth mixture, scooped from the stew to temper the mixture and added it back.
I seasoned generously with parsley.
The new potatoes with yellow beans are very tasty.
