Ingredients

  • new potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • sour cream - 1/2 cup
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • green onions - 2 bunches, chopped
  • thyme - 1 tsp crushed, fresh
  • black pepper - ground, to taste

How to make

Cover the thoroughly washed potatoes with water in a large pot and boil them until tender. For the sauce, mix the cream, yogurt, onions and thyme in a small bowl.

Stir vigorously and season with salt and black pepper. Use a large flat dish for serving. Pour the sauce in the middle of the plate.

Arrange the potatoes on top and decorate with parsley and dill.
