How to make
The mushrooms are washed, boiled and then smothered in butter. Spread in portions, placed in the middle of the plate and along with them, add the fries.
Pour the mushroom sauce prepared by melting butter and frying it in flour on them. Dilute with milk and some mushroom soup.
Bind with beaten egg yolks, salt and pepper. The white sauce is poured over the mushrooms and the portions are garnished with chopped parsley.
