Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • dill - 4 - 5 bunches

How to make

Boil the washed potatoes until semi-cooked. Cool them, peel them and cut them into large cubes. Pour oil into a tray to cover the bottom nicely and add the butter.

Put it in a heated oven to cook and in the meantime, season the potatoes to taste with salt, paprika, black pepper and savory.

Place the potatoes in the heated oil in the tray and stir until they get coated with it. Put in the oven to toast until they catch a light tan. Remove and immediately mix with chopped dill.
