How to make
Clean, chop the onions and saute them in the oil. Add the mushrooms and rice, cook briefly while stirring nonstop. Season with salt and paprika.
Add 1 cup water, stir and remove from the heat. Leave the mixture to cool and the rice to swell.
Remove the stems of the dock leaves, dip them in hot water and put 1 tbsp of the mixture in each.
Wrap them into rolls and arrange in a deep tray. Pour hot water over them and bake in a preheated oven until ready.
Serve with yoghurt.
