  • fresh garlic - 4 stalks
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • parsley - 5 stalks

  • rice - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean, wash and finely chop the garlic and onions. Pour them into the heated oil, pour a little warm water and stew, until they soften. Add the cleaned and washed rice, pour 1 cup of warm water and boil, until the liquid evaporates.
