How to make
Choose potatoes, which are of the same size. Peel them and cut them in half.
With a sharp knife, cut each half without going all the way to the end, the goal is to form them like mussels. Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper.
I used a mix of frozen mushrooms. After defrosting them, I cut them into small pieces. Season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Grease and arrange the potatoes, between them put the mushrooms.
Drizzle olive oil over each potato half. Pour a cup of white wine over the potatoes with mushrooms.
Bake at 370°F (190°C) in a preheated oven with a fan, until they aquire an appetizing color.
Serve the oven-baked potatoes with mushrooms warm.
