How to make
Boil the rice in salted water. Strain it and add black pepper. Divide it into three parts.
Add finely chopped dill to one. To the second - sliced prosciutto and nothing to the third.
Place a salad ring in the middle of a plate. Pour the prosciutto over the rice and press down well. Then pour the rice with the dill, press down again and add the plain rice.
Press down well and remove the ring. Garnish the rice salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and prosciutto.
When serving, season it with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar and divide it into three parts.
The rice salad with prosciutto is ready.
