Ingredients

  • baby spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • avocados - 2
  • figs - 3
  • prosciutto - 5 slices
  • burrata - 1 ball
  • cherry tomatoes - 6
  • olives - 10
  • pine nuts - for sprinkling
  • basil
  • for the dressing
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • pomegranate juice

How to make

Remove the stalks from the spinach. Wash and dry it.

Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces. Cut the figs into medium-sized pieces as well.

Place the spinach on the bottom of a suitable plate. Place the chopped figs and avocado on top.

Shred the prosciutto and add it to the spinach salad. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them. Add the olives.

Place the Burrata cheese in the center of the salad, making a cross-shaped cut with a sharp knife.

Make a dressing of the salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with pine nuts. Season the burrata with pomegranate juice.
