How to make

Burrata is a type of fresh Italian cheese similar to mozzarella. The walls inside are porous and cream seems to flow from its core. A well-balanced taste of fresh cheese, cream and butter with slightly sour flavors remain on the palate!

It is said that burrata was created by a shepherd from Puglia at the beginning of the last century, who, due to heavy snowfall, was unable to bring his milk to the city, but managed to transform it into this very tasty cheese.

Wash the arugula leaves and dry them. Arrange them on a plate.
