How to make

This is a great vitamin salad that is rich in potassium and iron!

Parsley strengthens our immune system and is a powerful antioxidant that fights against a number of viruses and bacteria.

Parsley contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C, magnesium.

It has a high content of mineral salts that help quickly neutralize the acidity of the blood and make it more alkaline.

We first boil the quinoa - for 3.5 oz (100 g) of boiled we need about 1.2 oz (35 g) of raw. Boil 1:2 - one part quinoa, two parts water for about 15 minutes. Wash all the vegetables well.

Cut the pepper into small pieces, 1/2 cucumber into small cubes, parsley into small pieces and the avocado as well.

Mix the ingredients in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon. Now you have a healthy salad with parsley.

Enjoy this parsley salad with quinoa and avocado! Stay healthy!
