How to make
Peel and cut the apple and onion into pieces and the turnip into thin circles. Drizzle with a little lime juice.
Continue peeling and removing the pomegranate grains and cut the avocado into larger slices and also immediately sprinkle with citrus juice to prevent it from darkening.
Arrange the prepared fruit and vegetables in two separate individual portions or one platter and flavor the vitamin salad with a dressing of olive oil, the remaining lime juice, salt and molasses.
Adjust the sour and sweet taste of the dressing to your liking.
Before serving the vitamin salad with pomegranate and avocado, sprinkle it with dried chives and coriander leaves.
