How to make
Boil the orzo, drain and cool it. Transfer it to a large bowl and mix it with the chopped spinach, onions, feta, pine nuts, basil and white pepper.
Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, cool in the refrigerator and serve. If you like you can add a few cherry tomatoes.
