Ingredients

  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • iceberg lettuce - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • prosciutto - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • tomatoes - 4 - 5, small
  • peppers - 1 red, roasted
  • olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - 3 pinches
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • oregano
  • basil - 1 pinch

How to make

Prepare a dressing for the salad by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice in a bowl and then seasoning with salt, basil and oregano.

Place the iceberg lettuce and whole spinach leaves in a large bowl. Shred the prosciutto and put it in with the spinach. Cut the pepper into thin strips without peeling it.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add the peppers and tomatoes to the salad, add the dressing and gently mix.
