Ingredients

  • Dough
  • flour - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • water - 7.8 fl oz (230 ml)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • yeast - 0.7 oz (20 g) fresh or 0.25 oz (7 g) dry
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Stuffing
  • chicken breasts - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomato pizza sauce - 6 - 7 full tbsp.
  • quail eggs - 10 - 12 pcs.
  • basil - 3 pinches (dried)
  • mozzarella - about 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt - by taste

How to make

From the listed products knead a smooth and elastic pizza dough. Sprinkle the worktop with flour, while kneading, so that it does not stick to you at the beginning.

Leave the dough to rise in a bowl greased with olive oil for 30-40 minutes or until it doubles in volume.

Roll it out into two round or rectangular thin pizzas, or a whole large one.

Spread it/them with tomato sauce, sprinkle with basil and mozzarella and distribute the small pieces of chicken. Beat the quail eggs roughly on top and season with salt. You can also drizzle a little olive oil on the pizza.

Bake the homemade pizza at 370°F (190°C) in a preheated oven, until you notice that the edges turn brown and the chicken and eggs are completely cooked.

Serve the pizza with chicken and quail eggs warm.
