Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt
  • chicken - 10.5 oz (300 g), boiled
  • peppers - 2 red + 1 green
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 1 cup
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • black pepper
  • paprika

How to make

Knead a dough from the flour, melted butter, salt and 1 cup water. Make it into a ball and let it stand for 2 hours. Then roll it out into a circle with a diameter 10″ (25 cm).

Put it in a baking dish and lift the edges along the walls. Cover the top with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and take the foil off. Parboil the peppers in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove them, drain them and cut them into pieces.

Mix them with the butter and finely chopped chicken meat. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza. Beat the eggs with the milk, cheese and a pinch of spices and pour it over the pizza.

Put in the oven at 390°F (200 °C) and bake for 30 minutes.
