How to make
Once the dough is prepared the standard way, leave it aside to rise.
Braise the onions 2-3 min. Add the peppers and keep them on the stove about 15 min. and salt.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220 °C). Smear an 11 3/4″ (30 cm) pizza baking pan with vegetable oil.
Once the dough is risen, knead it for 1 min. and roll it out into the pan. Arrange the peppers and their sauce.
Put on half the cheese, olives and capers. Bake about 20 min. Before serving, sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
