How to make
Knead the pizza dough from the listed ingredients. It should not be sticky.
Place it in a greased and covered dish to rise for about 30-40 minutes.
Then spread it out in a greased baking pan or over baking paper.
Spread it with the tomatoes, sprinkle it with the crumbled cheese and spices, add mushrooms (cut into very thin slices with a grater), the peppers (cut into circles), chopped olives and grated yellow cheese.
Drizzle it with a teaspoon of oil and bake the vegetarian pizza at 430°F (220°C) in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve the vegetarian pizza with cheese and peppers with a sauce of your choice - ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard.
