It is very easy to prepare, as the options are stuffed chicken breasts with peppers or sliced breasts, sauteed for two minutes in advance, and then adding the peppers.

Wash the peppers and cut them into long strips. Cut onions into crescents. We wash the chicken breasts, dry them and make a slit in them, big enough to put the sauteed peppers in it.
First, put extra virgin olive oil, onions, and peppers in the pan. Saute them until they caramelize and soften well for about 8 minutes.
Then take them out of the pan. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and fill them with the sauteed peppers.
Put the stuffed chicken breasts in the same pan. Add sage, olive oil and garlic, rosemary, lemon, and wine, and let the chicken cook and brown nicely on both sides. Cook for about 10 minutes.
We take out the Italian quick dish with chicken and peppers and serve with pickles, which complement everything perfectly. Enjoy your meal!
