How to make
The peppers are washed and cleaned from their stalks and seeds. Cut them into long and thin strips and the onions are cut into crescents.
Put the onion with a little fat in a deep saucepan and leave it to soften.
Then add the peppers and leave them on the stove until they're fully cooked and if necessary, you can add a little water.
Finally, beat the eggs and stir constantly.
Season with salt and black pepper and sprinkle with the white cheese.
After 2-3 minutes, remove it from heat and sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.
