Ingredients

  • green peppers - 12 pcs. (roasted and peeled)
  • tomatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 large onion
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • oil - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

Arrange the roasted and peeled peppers in a suitable deep dish. Separately beat the eggs with a fork and add the shredded cheese.

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil, add the finely chopped onion and fry it until it softens.

Add the pre-peeled and mashed tomatoes and cook them over low heat until they thicken. Add sugar and black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the boiled tomatoes and stir, add salt if necessary and cook the dish until the eggs are ready. Pour the resulting delicious mixture over the peppers.
