How to make
Peel large yellow potatoes, cut them into thin slices. Arrange them in a greased baking dish and salt them. Optionally, you can add spices to taste.
Beat the egg with the milk and a pinch of salt and pour it over the potatoes. Arrange pieces of butter and put it to bake in a moderate oven until the potatoes soften and absorb the milk.
Bake until golden and serve slightly chilled.
