"Fresh spring dish with dock and eggs"

Ingredients

  • bacon - about 5.3 oz (150 g) fresh
  • dock - 1 bunch
  • onion - 1 onion
  • spring onion - 2 - 3 stalks
  • rice - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • vegetable broth - 3 1/3 cups (800 ml)
  • eggs - 6 pcs.

How to make

The dock is cleaned and scalded with hot water.

Strain it and finely chop it.

The bacon is cut and fried, in order to release the fat.

Add the onion, dock and the rice at the end. Season with salt and paprika. Pour the broth over them and bake until the rice is fully cooked.

The spring dish is removed from the oven.

Make small dent in the rice with the dock and crack the eggs into them.
