How to make
Cut the onion into thin slices and the pepper- into pieces. Heat the butter in a pan and put it in to braise. Add the flour, stir quickly and replenish with hot broth.
Stir vigorously until you get a thick sauce. Pre-cooked and peeled potatoes are cut and put in the sauce. Stir gently and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Boil the dish for 5 minutes on low heat. Remove from the heat and mix in some parsley.
