Roll the meat in flour and make sure, that the excess falls off, so that it does not burn in the fat. Cut the zucchini and peppers in bulk.
Fry the chicken in the preheated wok with a little fat. Once it aquires a golden color, take it out.
Fry the lightly chopped garlic, then add the peppers and zucchini. Once they are fried, but still crunchy, return the fried chicken into the pan.
Add a little soy sauce and fry briefly, until the flavors are mixed well.
