How to make
Cut the peppers into thin strips. You can also use roasted, but not very soft peppers.
Prepare the noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions. They are usually boiled for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Heat the sesame oil and fry the peppers over high heat.
Pour the coconut milk, curry powder and half the lime juice. Leave them to simmer over low to moderate heat until the mixture thickens.
Meanwhile, strain the Asian noodles and transfer them into a deep pan, in which you have preheated 1 spoonful of sesame oil, the remaining lime juice and soy sauce. Fry them for two minutes.
Pour coconut milk and pepper sauce into the pan with the noodles and stir.
After another minute or two, remove them from the heat and serve the Chinese dish sprinkled with sesame seeds (optional).
