How to make
You can choose any spaghetti to your liking. Prepare them according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Add the spring onions and red pepper (finely chopped) and the peas and fry them lightly.
Then add the shrimp, the strained spaghetti and curry.
Mix everything well.
Separately mix the white wine, ginger, crushed garlic, soy sauce and vinegar.
Pour the sauce over the spaghetti in the pan.
Leave them for 10-15 minutes on low heat and make sure to stir the delicious Chinese-style spaghetti often.
