How to make
Heat a little olive oil with butter and garlic in a deep pot. Remove the garlic cloves once the oil is heated, and add the diced zuchini.
Pour in a cup of water and season with salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes stirring from time to time. Add the tomato sauce and olives.
Clean, shell and devein the shrimp. Cut them into smal pieces, add them to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. The shrimp sauce is ready.
Fill 2/3 of a pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti with 2-3 tbsp of olive oil and cook them or 10 minutes. Strain the spaghetti, rinse with cold water and add some more olive olive oil. Now you can add it to the sauce.
Serve hot with some basil and yellow cheese sprinkled on top.
