  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • water - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 1 to 2 tbsp.

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in hot water, add sugar and salt. Leave aside.

Sift the flour and add the yeast. Gradually knead the dough until smooth.

Finally, add the olive oil and continue kneading until the oil is absorbed completely.

Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled in size and cover it with a bowl and towel. The risen dough can be used for pizza, but also Focaccia.
